Terms of Service — Pronto BD

Last updated: 2026-05-08

These Terms govern access to and use of Pronto BD. By using Pronto BD, users agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

1) Service context

Pronto BD is a Lino-based business platform for product, order, inventory, and accounting workflows.

Primary business scopes are:

  • Retailer (seller)
  • Wholesaler (supplier)

Operational worker roles (including pos_agent and supply_staff) have narrower permissions under configured business scope.

Important record status:

  • Company registrations created in Pronto are internal platform records for business workflows only, and are not government-issued trade licenses or equivalent legal approvals.
  • Barcode records in Pronto are internal product identifiers for platform workflows. Pronto may also store and respect barcode numbers issued by recognized standards or regulatory bodies when provided by users.

2) Role scope and responsibilities

Users must operate only within assigned roles, permissions, and company/ledger boundaries.

  • Retailer scope: sales/POS, product/storage, and allowed accounting tasks.
  • Wholesaler/Supplier scope: supply/catalog/storage, allowed accounting tasks, and account approval authority (see Account Approval section below).
  • Worker scope: operational duties only, without elevated administrative rights unless explicitly granted.

Supplier Trade License Verification

Suppliers registering on Pronto are required to upload a copy of their valid trade license or equivalent business authorization document. This document is used solely for the purpose of verifying the legitimacy and legal status of the supplier's business. Uploaded verification documents are retained for compliance and fraud-prevention purposes only.

Supplier Account Approval Authority

Suppliers have the capability to approve retailer account creation requests when the retailer's account creation form references the supplier's company in the "referred by" or equivalent field. Suppliers must exercise this approval authority responsibly and in accordance with the following:

  • Suppliers are responsible for verifying that they recognize and have a legitimate business relationship with the retailer before approving the account.
  • Suppliers are strongly advised not to approve account creation requests from retailers or users they do not recognize or have not engaged with.
  • Suppliers must not approve accounts for the purpose of enabling fraud, unauthorized sales, misuse of company identity, or other unlawful activity.
  • Approval of accounts by suppliers implies the supplier's confirmation that the retailer is a legitimate business entity and that approval is made in good faith.

3) Permitted use

Use of Pronto must be authorized and lawful, and limited to enabled business workflows.

Where location features are enabled, users authorize Pronto to process fine-grained company location and share it with other companies within configured ByFamiliarity scope.

4) Automated account provisioning

For verified active users, Pronto may run integrity/setup actions to create or complete required business links (for example person/contact, company, registration records, and ledger assignment).

5) Data integrity duties

Users must provide accurate and timely records and comply with applicable accounting, tax, invoicing, and record-keeping requirements.

Where location workflows are used, users are responsible for keeping company location records accurate and lawful to share.

6) Product images and camera usage

Where image features are enabled, uploads/captures must be lawful, business-relevant, and rights-respecting. Visibility follows configured access controls.

7) Security duties

Users must protect credentials, use only assigned accounts, and report suspected unauthorized access.

8) Prohibited conduct

Users must not:

  • access unauthorized tenant/company/ledger data
  • bypass permissions or safeguards
  • falsify records for improper gain
  • upload malware or disrupt operations
  • misuse or republish location data obtained via ByFamiliarity outside permitted business workflows
  • upload fraudulent, forged, or misleading trade license documents or verification materials
  • use platform for unlawful or fraudulent activity
  • use supplier account approval authority to approve accounts for malicious users, fraudulent retailers, or entities intended to harm the platform
  • approve retailer accounts without legitimate business verification or recognition
  • deliberately approve unvetted or unauthorized accounts in violation of the supplier responsibility clause

Suppliers found to have approved accounts in violation of these provisions may face account suspension, termination, or legal liability for damages resulting from such approvals.

9) Monitoring and enforcement

Operational and financial actions may be logged for security, compliance, and audit.

Access may be restricted, suspended, or terminated for policy breach, legal/compliance duties, security risk, or operational necessity.

10) Deletion, anonymization, and retention

When deletion/forget workflows are executed, profile-level data may be removed or anonymized. Records required for legal, accounting, audit, security, fraud-prevention, or integrity purposes may be retained with minimum necessary scope and role-based access controls.

11) Disclaimer and liability

Pronto is provided as configured by the service operator. To the extent permitted by law, warranties are limited and indirect or consequential liability is excluded.

12) Updates to terms

These Terms may change over time. Continued use after publication of updates constitutes acceptance.
